Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant on a contract basis to support ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in the United States, with strong emphasis on driving adoption through training, communications, and sponsorship across leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of change management experience, a solid understanding of change processes, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, communication, or technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with 2+ years leading large organizational change efforts.
• Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
• Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to advocate for recipients of change across the organization.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
• Ability to influence across all levels, including executive leadership, toward a common vision.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate an integrated approach for organizational change, including training, communication, and sponsorship, to drive adoption and realize business benefits.
• Partner with project and business leadership to scope change impact and design actionable plans within SA&E and other tools.
• Educate, influence, and coach sponsors and leaders to drive effective change and adoption.
• Identify people-side risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with sponsors, communications, HR, and OD to support project implementation.
• Guide and lead communication and training leads to fulfill the change strategy.
• Create and manage measurement systems for change success and deployment strategy.
• Recommend org change components (staffing, funding, timing) to achieve outcomes.
