Job Summary:

The Organizational Change Manager ensures that change initiatives and projects meet objectives on time and within budget by driving employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including transitions in business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The Organizational Change Manager will develop and implement change management strategies to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to effectively convey change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive change adoption.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in large-scale change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior and workforce transformation strategies.
