Job summary

M-Files Advisory Services seeks an experienced OCM Consultant to lead multi-week, structured change initiatives across departments. This founding hire will shape delivery methodology, grow the advisory portfolio, and work closely with customers to drive adoption and measurable value.

You will build delivery assets, mentor junior colleagues, and partner with account teams to align scope with strategic goals. Remote-enabled role supporting clients globally.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in organizational change management within enterprise software adoption.
• Formal change management certification completed (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, APMG).
• Strong business acumen with ability to map processes to outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead multi-phase change management programs for customers implementing M-Files across departments.
• Establish governance cadence to monitor readiness, adoption signals, resistance, and dependencies.
• Apply persona-based adoption frameworks for stakeholder-specific engagement.
• Identify training needs and develop enabling materials with the team.
• Build and mentor a delivery network to sustain adoption post-engagement.
• Coach executive sponsors and designees to reinforce change.
• Define baseline adoption metrics and track progress to close-out.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface them to account/sales teams.
• Collaborate with account teams to align engagement with broader plans.
