Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Change Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in any industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook; familiarity with AI.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving; empathy and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of change management strategies.
• Assist with impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Help build change plans addressing the people side of transformation.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and collaboration.
• Design clear messaging plans and coordinate training materials.
• Track progress and report on change adoption to leadership.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements; foster a learning culture.
