Waste Management is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to drive revenue in the organics sector. This role involves building relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and promoting innovative organic waste solutions while providing top-tier service. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and a strong understanding of composting and soil science. A competitive compensation package, including benefits, is offered.
I. Job Summary
Presents the full line of WM services to prospective WM customers or assigned area of responsibility. Manages existing revenues and develops revenue opportunities within an established geographical territory. Meets or exceeds individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers.

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience: 3 years of both inbound and outbound sales experience required (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of composting, soil science, and organics recycling processes, familiarity with the various soil specification and familiarity with construction and landscaping project requirements (e.g., soil specs, LEED credits, erosion control).

Clean motor vehicle record.

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $83,710 - $101,420. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
