Job summary

Healthy Choice Wellness Corp seeks a Supplements Manager for our organic grocery store in New Jersey. You will oversee daily operations of the supplements and wellness department, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and train staff.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with vendors, monitor sales and margins, and ensure compliance with FDA and DSHEA standards while maintaining department cleanliness and product presentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience; preferably in Supplements/Nutrition.
• Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team.
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments.
• Effective communication with store manager, supplements associates, and other team members.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with stock management processes and retail math concepts is advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplements and wellness products
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and handle product recalls
• Supervise, train, and schedule department team members
• Provide customers with general product information and education (without offering medical advice)
• Ensure products meet company standards for organic, natural, and ethical sourcing
• Collaborate with vendors and buyers to introduce new products
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Ensure compliance with FDA, DSHEA, and company policies
• Track sales, margins, and department performance goals
• Other duties as required.
