Sprouts Farmers Market in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of our busiest departments, delivering friendly customer service and expert guidance on vitamins and wellness products.

You’ll help manage ordering, inventory, staff development, and ensure safety standards while coaching the Vitamin team to provide outstanding service and education to customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with 1 year of vitamin/homeopathy experience with leadership duties, or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Capable of flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, positive attitude, and ability to interact with customers.
• Willing to learn about new products and health alternatives.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning, direction and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and the best customer experience.
• Ensure customers receive service and guidance on vitamins and health products.
