Job summary

Jostens is seeking a focused SEO Marketing Specialist to drive organic search, AEO and GEO strategies across jostens.com and owned channels. You will conduct keyword research, analyze audience intent, and translate insights into actionable optimizations that support customer needs and business goals.

You will collaborate with UX, development, content and analytics teams, stay ahead of AI-powered search changes, and develop regular reports in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush and HubSpot to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with SEO, AEO and GEO and organic search strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with UX, Developers and other teams, translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword, topic, and competitor research to identify new website content opportunities.
• Analyze audience needs, search intent, and customer journeys to inform search recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to implement on-page and technical optimizations.
• Stay informed about search engine updates and translate changes into recommended actions.
• Monitor AI-powered search experiences and assess representation of products and brand by AI.
• Develop recommendations to improve visibility across answer engines and generative AI experiences.
• Partner with Brand, Content, and other teams to improve content quality and AI discoverability.
• Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot; develop recurring performance reports.
