This in-person, San Francisco or Seoul-based role will own organic growth across TikTok and Instagram, create content, run experiments, and scale what works while building the next growth engine. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the head of marketing to drive conversion and impact

Qualifications

• You actually create content yourself.
• You have run campaigns that sold, not just trended.
• You move quickly from idea to post, with little hand-holding.
• You can explain why a video hit or flopped, not just that it did.
• Interest in health, wellness, or weight loss.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale organic distribution across TikTok and Instagram.
• Test new formats, hooks, and angles relentlessly.
• Focus on conversion, not just impressions; create content that sells.
• Find what’s working and why, then double down.
• Work directly with the founder on growth strategy.
• Explain why hits go viral and break down successful content.
