Qualifications

• Proven track record growing organic traffic via content strategy and creation.
• Ability to anticipate shifts in search, AI/LLM and digital discovery.
• Experience creating technical content across platforms (YouTube, social, review sites).
• Strong GEO/SEO fundamentals: site architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals.

Responsibilities

• Own our content-led GEO/SEO strategy, define prompts, topics, formats that drive growth.
• Prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas and guide cross-functional teams.
• Map and optimize presence across LLM-ingested content ecosystems to improve discoverability.
• Design and execute off-page strategy: link-building, digital PR, authority-building.
• Own technical execution: site architecture, crawlability, structured data, performance.
• Build content workflows leveraging AI to accelerate scale and time to production.
• Manage agency relationship: set briefs, maintain quality, adapt to changes.
• Evaluate trends in search, AI, content consumption, and translate shifts into strategy.
• Track organic performance and translate data into leadership narrative.
