Unison Home Ownership Investors in Omaha, NE is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own SEO and AI visibility, driving traffic, leads, and revenue from organic search plus AI answer engines. You will set strategy and execute hands-on across technical, content, off-page, and measurement.

This role sits on the Marketing team and partners with Content, Design, Web Development, Product, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accuracy in a regulated YMYL space.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in SEO or organic growth with hands-on ownership.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic, leads, and revenue, ideally in regulated YMYL sectors.
• Experience earning citations in AI answer engines with measurable results.
• Deep proficiency with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong analytics with GA4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• SQL skills including BigQuery; experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic search and AI visibility strategy, roadmap, and goals tied to revenue impact.
• Forecast organic performance and align initiatives with business outcomes.
• Monitor algorithm updates and AI search shifts; adjust playbooks accordingly.
• Run regular technical audits and manage fixes via Jira and CMS (Webflow).
• Collaborate with Content to create pages that rank and convert across audiences.
• Grow mentions and citations in AI answer engines and build entity signals.
