Job summary

Pattern is hiring a Manager, Organic Growth & Conversion in Lehi, Utah. You will own the end-to-end organic strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO, shaping how Pattern shows up in AI-driven discovery platforms.

You’ll partner with product, UI/UX, content, and web teams to improve user experience and drive conversion through structured experimentation. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Lehi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with exposure to GEO/AEO/AI surfaces.
• Strong grasp of site architecture, crawlability, core web vitals, structured data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic strategy (SEO, GEO, AEO) as a unified system.
• Lead AI-driven discovery and generative search experiences.
• Own conversion, optimize landing pages, and run structured A/B tests.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across content, web/dev, product, brand, and paid media teams.
• Build scalable data-informed processes and reporting for the team.
