Job summary

tastytrade seeks an Organic Growth Manager to own the SEO and GEO strategy across tastytrade.com and ASO for the app store. You’ll set KPIs, build dashboards, and translate organic performance into real traffic, rankings, and pipeline.

You’ll lead the organic team, collaborate with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for a financial brand. This role is based in Chicago and reports to Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SEO or organic growth
• Experience defining KPIs and building reporting
• Hands-on SEO fundamentals and content architecture
• Experience mentoring at least one direct report
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy for tastytrade across SEO and GEO
• Own ASO for tastylive app store optimization
• Define KPI framework and build leadership dashboards
• Lead and develop the organic team and career paths
• Turn insights into recommendations for site, content and structure
• Coordinate with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering for shipment
• Align with compliance and report performance to marketing leadership
