tastytrade is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for IG North America websites. You will implement updates, conduct keyword and performance analysis, and lead GEO initiatives to improve rankings and AI-driven visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (Contentstack preferred) and basic web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for IG North America websites, including content updates and organic performance monitoring.
• Support the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO and GEO strategy to improve organic visibility and AI-generated search presence.
• Collaborate with the Web & CRO Lead to align SEO/GEO initiatives with broader website optimization and conversion goals.
• Perform keyword research and ensure natural keyword integration across pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, and redirects, and work with developers to fix issues.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance, flagging issues affecting search visibility and UX.
• Assist with backlink monitoring and competitor gap analysis for link-building opportunities.
• Implement schema markup and international SEO elements (hreflang) to boost visibility across regions.
• Audit and optimize content to improve organic performance and alignment with SEO/GEO best practices.
• Help establish content guidelines for web writing (tone, structure, length, SEO/GEO).
• Organize content strategically to support crawlability and topical authority for generative search engines.
• Manage digital assets to ensure SEO optimization and accessibility compliance.
• Assist with website troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
