Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Three years scrub/surgical tech or EMT/paramedic experience.
• Associate or BA/BS degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CST or EMT are a plus.
• Two years of related OPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical organ recovery and perfusion processes with regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with transplant centers to facilitate organ procurement and transplantation.
• Complete organ allocation and maximize donation viability per policies.
• Document clinical and logistical information accurately and timely.
• Maintain stocking and preparation of supplies for organ recovery.
