Job summary

Donor Network West is seeking a Clinical Procurement Coordinator I to respond to donor referrals, evaluate suitability, and coordinate organ recovery and distribution. The role supports donor families and collaborates with hospital staff to ensure compliant processes.

The CPC I will maintain donor protocols, document in DNWest records, and travel within the service area as needed to manage cases and foster strong hospital relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing or biological sciences or an allied health field or OPO experience.
• Obtain CPTC Certification within 2 years of orientation and maintain it.
• Must have ACLS Certification and ability to travel within DNWest service area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor referrals and evaluate medical suitability.
• Coordinate organ recovery with OR staff and DNWest Recovery Services.
• Provide support to donor families and conduct donation discussions as needed.
• Maintain documentation and charting in DNWest electronic records.
• Travel to DNWest service area to support onsite donor management.
