Job summary

Mondelēz International in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks a strategic leader to drive organizational improvements and loss intelligence at the Clif Bar Bakery. You will partner with pillar leaders to minimize losses while building a master plan and a strong Org Pillar team.

Responsibilities include PDCA governance, cross‑pillar collaboration, and regional alignment to share best practices across sites. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in manufacturing are desired, with PowerBI experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pillar Leads to create a master plan for the Org Pillar.
• Develop a Zero Loss Journey to deliver pillar deliverables.
• Establish and coach an Org Pillar team with capability building.
• Implement a PDCA rhythm to ensure processes progress as planned.
• Collaborate with other pillars to hit phase milestones.
• Coordinate with Regional Org Pillar to share practices and visibility.
