This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Bakery.
Serve as the strategic leader for organizational improvements and loss intelligence with the bakery by partnering with key stakeholders (pillar leaders and external stakeholders). The role serves to understand key losses and build and execute a master plan to minimize key organizational losses within the bakery.
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education‑related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements; many are subsidized or fully paid for by the company. No relocation support is available.
