Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking an HSE leader to drive the cultural transformation toward zero accidents and incidents at the Twin Falls plant. You will coordinate and oversee all Health & Safety programs, participate in investigations, and provide safety expertise for new projects and change management.

Responsibilities include resolving non-conformances, maintaining incident reporting, driving corrective actions with the safety team, and developing guidance to remove hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC.
• Experience in safety and/or environmental technical standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO.
