Evergy's Wolf Creek Generating Station seeks an Org Performance Leader to own and drive a broad station-wide program within Organizational and Performance Improvement. Responsibilities include developing docs, mentoring staff, and leading assessments, with potential duties during outages.

The role requires a degree (associate required, bachelor's preferred) and experience across corrective action, self-assessment, coaching, and performance indicators in a nuclear setting.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate, coordinate, and engage at all levels including industry groups.
• Proficient with modern computer OS and office software; ability to develop performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program documentation and materials; train personnel as needed.
• Mentor staff on program guidance to foster improvement.
• Monitor program health and identify improvement opportunities.
