Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Newport News Shipbuilding is seeking an Organization Development Rep 4 to design and implement development training that boosts leadership, productivity and customer satisfaction. You will assess business issues, craft strategic plans, and guide reengineering or reorganizations to improve performance.

The role involves advising on leadership development, coaching managers, and delivering executive-ready materials and training using ADDIE and experiential learning

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of exempt experience or Master’s with 8 years of exempt experience.
• NNS Apprentice School and NNPS graduates are preferred.
• Alternative: Associate’s Degree with 2 years exempt or 4 years non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above considered.
• HS/GED plus 4 years manufacturing/shipbuilding or 8 years non-exempt manufacturing/shipbuilding experience.

Aufgaben

• Designs and implements development training programs to enhance managers and teams’ productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to boost performance.
• Facilitates reengineering and/or reorganization efforts; advises on team design and performance.
• Provides development, coaching and training to managers on leadership skills.
