Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's with 1 year.
• Equivalent substitutions include NNS Apprentice School, NNPS or military experience.
• Associate's Degree plus 2 years exempt or 4 years non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above substitute.
• High School/GED with 4 or 8 years related manufacturing or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements development training to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development plans.
• Facilitates reengineering and reorganization efforts.
• Advises on team design and performance.
• Provides coaching and training to managers on leadership skills.
