Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in organizational design or related field.
• Knowledge of operating models, workforce planning, and change management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with HRIS data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and leaders to design structures and operating models.
• Lead assessments and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Support M&A, restructures, and enterprise transformation.
• Build workforce models and scenarios to evaluate impact.
• Facilitate design workshops with executives.
• Provide executive reporting on progress and risks.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Advance design capabilities through methodology development.
