Job summary

Gallagher seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives across a complex COE function. You will partner with HR leaders, COEs, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and deliver work that improves operating models, processes, governance, and the employee experience.

This temporary role supports end‑to‑end delivery, change management deliverables, and executive communications, with potential hybrid work from Rolling Meadows, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Experience with transformation projects and change management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across time zones.
• Proficiency with project, collaboration, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives across COEs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across HR sub-teams.
• Design and execute change management deliverables.
• Create communications: message maps, announcements, FAQs.
• Partner with external consultants and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Drive governance: agendas, steering committees, decisions.
• Coordinate across time zones and international stakeholders.
