Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR organizational initiatives across COEs, collaborating with HR leaders, partners, and external consultants. The role requires strong change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement across international teams.

You will develop plans, manage RAID logs, and deliver executive-ready updates while coordinating multi-time zone workstreams and ensuring seamless integration of consulting outputs into internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of project management delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with HR, people, or organizational projects is a plus.
• Hands-on change management experience (Prosci/ADKAR or similar).
• Strong communications for leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for HR organizational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across HR sub-teams/COEs.
• Design and execute change management deliverables.
• Create and manage project communications for leaders and audiences.
• Coordinate with external consulting teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Drive governance, meetings, decisions, and action follow-through.
