Job summary

The Prime Recruitment is seeking a Territory Manager in Oregon to own and grow a medical device sales territory. The role focuses on building relationships with VA clinicians and expanding market share across the state, with travel up to 50% and an emphasis on driving adoption of an innovative device.

Base salary is $120K with expected first-year earnings of $175K–$200K and uncapped commissions. Candidates should be ready to travel, manage accounts, and hit ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales success and ability to independently manage and grow a territory.
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel throughout Oregon, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory covering all of Oregon.
• Build relationships with VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments.
• Drive adoption of an innovative home-use medical device that improves patient outcomes.
• Develop new business while strengthening relationships within existing accounts.
• Create and execute a territory plan to expand market share and achieve sales goals.
