Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team. They are pivotal partners in providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle, managing activities that keep candidates and leaders engaged and informed. They ensure the Recruiter stays connected with all aspects of the process. The role focuses on maximizing operational efficiency with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Post internal and external job openings.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to communicate and document recruiting information.
  • Deliver a top-notch interview experience for candidates and the hiring team.
  • Manage candidates through referral programs.
  • Maintain service level agreements to ensure appropriate contact with candidates.
  • Post job advertisements online.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and packets.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Notify candidates of their application status.
  • Assist in recruiting events like open houses, job fairs, and campus recruiting.
  • Research industry trends affecting resource availability and quality.
  • Follow up proactively on requests and issues.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Educate recruiters on sourcing techniques.

Management responsibilities are not applicable for this role.
