Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Ordnance Coordinator to lead New Glenn Mission Operations ordnance programs and manage explosive site plans and inventories at the Orbital Launch Site in Florida. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, and cross-functional leadership.

You will develop procedures, coordinate shipments, and support testing and site operations while aligning with mission goals. A long-hour, high-responsibility role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of ordnance operations, site planning, and inventory control experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication for customer engagements.
• Experience with launch operations procedures and regulatory compliance.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident with ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead order/launch ordnance program and manage inventories.
• Coordinate explosive site plans and material shipments.
• Develop ordnance training materials and ensure safety and compliance.
