Job summary

Blue Origin on Merritt Island seeks an Ordnance Coordinator to lead Mission Operations ordnance management for New Glenn. You will oversee explosive site plans, inventory control, and certification tracking, ensuring safe, repeatable operations at the orbital launch site.

You will develop training content, coordinate with operations leadership, and ensure compliance with BATF, ITAR, and safety standards while supporting a demanding launch schedule.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of ordnance operations, planning, and inventory experience.
• Ability to present Blue Origin to customers in writing and in person.
• Experience with launching operations procedures and fast-paced environments.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Glenn Mission Operations ordnance program management.
• Serve as main focal for Explosive Site Plan submissions across sites.
• Manage ordnance inventory, certifications, and lot status tracking.
• Develop training materials for Blue Learning Management System.
• Coordinate with Operations to align schedules and plans.
