Laser equipment supplier in Irving, TX is seeking an Orders Administrator to handle order processing, discrepancies, and customer communication during 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The role includes supporting the Accounting department with funding directives, processing returns/refunds, and interdepartmental liaison. Training is available, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative or Clerical fields.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; operate a computer.
• High school diploma required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa or DACA restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and document discrepancies.
• Assist Accounting with funding directives.
• Handle returns and refunds for service and orders.
• Manage a multi-line phone system.
• Coordinate communication between Orders and other departments.
• Follow department SOP.
