Qualifications

• Customer service and management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Ordering Coordinators and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Create, manage, and adjust team schedules to ensure staffing and coverage.
• Manage timesheets and PTO requests for the Ordering team.
• Ensure orders are entered into carrier portals and meet SLAs.
• Monitor workflows, SLA performance, and identify/resolve processing issues.
• Serve as escalation point for ordering-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and training; develop SOPs and training materials.
• Occasionally travel to support customers, projects, and implementations.
