Job summary

ABB in Utah seeks a seasoned SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will own process development, implement solutions with SAP modules (SD, MM, CS) and integrate SFDC, e-commerce tools, and contract management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement while supporting end users across warranty, planning, manufacturing and sales/distribution. Hybrid on-site and remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Experience with SFDC application.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash processes end-to-end in SAP and related business applications.
• Gather business needs, analyze requirements, and work with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management processes across SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas including warranty, field service, planning, and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues to SAP regional center of excellence and external consultants as needed.
• Document business processes and train users.

Education
