Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A mastery with AI fluency and ERP know-how to shape deals and drive execution, while building high-level CFO and CAO partnerships.

You will own the deal lifecycle, articulate compelling value, and guide deep domain work in a chosen F&A tower across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice across the full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution.
• Build CFO- and CAO-level relationships and shape opportunities.
• Design AI-first F&A solutions using agentic AI and ERP ecosystems.
• Translate value propositions into client-ready narratives to win large deals.
• Provide deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower and lead transformation work.
