Fully Promoted in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Order Coordinator. This entry-level role offers hands-on training as you learn the order lifecycle from approval to production and delivery.

You will process apparel and promo orders, coordinate OrderMyGear stores, and support Sales and Operations. The position emphasizes ownership, process improvement, and leadership growth within a growing company.

Formación

• No prior promotional products experience required; training provided.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with email, spreadsheets, and web-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Process branded apparel and promotional orders from approval through completion.
• Enter orders, purchase orders, customer information, pricing, product details, decoration information, and other required information into our systems.
• Review orders for accuracy before they are submitted to vendors or production.
• Track orders, production timelines, shipping information, and expected delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members to keep orders moving forward.
• Identify potential order issues early and help find solutions before they impact the client.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and coordinating completed orders as needed.
