Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center in Goddard, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fill store orders accurately, safely, and efficiently, operating industrial equipment and following established labor standards.

You will wrap orders, deliver to shipping, and maintain safety, attendance, and company policies. The role supports a team-driven environment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least age 18.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, overtime and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8 hours with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work in ambient or refrigerated environment for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Execute duties within established engineered labor standards.
• Complete store order assignments using warehouse management system methods.
• Follow voice commands and read orders to verify correct case numbers and quantities.
• Place cases on pallets and organize to minimize damage for safe delivery.
• Wrap orders and deliver to shipping dock.
• Comply with department and company policies including safety and attendance.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
