Job summary

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC to maximize customer satisfaction by processing orders, price requests, returns, and order status while coordinating internal resources.

You will handle inquiries, identify upsell opportunities with existing customers, and use Excel/Word and emails to support sales and logistics, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial repair or industrial distribution experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficient with software programs related to customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving.
• Identify incremental selling opportunities within current customers.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound customer calls regarding order status, pricing, product availability and delivery schedules.
• Develop knowledge of assigned customers and buying processes for OEM and MRO bases.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, navigate pricing systems and internal support tools.
• Coordinate resources across warehousing, finance, service and fabrication centers to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of SunSource technology and service offerings.
