Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email about orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Provide accurate updates on order status and shipment progress.
• Assist customers with order discrepancies and routine service requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations to resolve order issues.
• Maintain organized customer service records and documentation.
• Follow procedures for handling inquiries and escalate unresolved concerns.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks related to customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
