Responsibilities

• Process entire order handling from documents to departments.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Generate Inspection Reports and collect Data Packages.
• Review and approve order packets accurately.
• Support repair department technicians as needed.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Report and resolve customer service issues.
• Track cases in the company’s case management system.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and documents.
• Perform MaxRecall scans and file.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
