Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Order Selector in California (Fullerton) to operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed systems, building orders and pallets for shipment. You will use a headset to pick by codes, ensure safety, and stack pallets over 5 feet tall while maintaining quality and food-grade standards where applicable.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, labeling, staging orders, and communicating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to give voice commands in English for voice-directed picking systems.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in cold/dry storage wearing PPE.

• Stage and deliver orders to shipping or staging areas.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control.

Job description

Schedule: 3PM - 1:30AM - 4x10, Weekends required! Pay: $18 - 21/hr DOE + $1.50 shift differential + pick incentive pay

As an Order Selector, you’ll operate an electric pallet jack and voice‑directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment— while following all company and regulatory safety standards.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate electric pallet jack ride‑along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders
• Perform required pre‑use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Use headset‑based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code
• Build safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelines
• Manually shrink‑wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport
• Label and mark materials with identifying information
• Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas
• Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven warehouse environment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice‑directed picking systems)
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage while wearing company‑provided PPE and freezer gear
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kgs (weight may vary by facility)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times

Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
