Job summary

Lineage is hiring an Order Selector in Riverside, CA. You’ll operate an electric pallet jack and voice‑directed technology to pick orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments in a fast‑paced warehouse.

Shifts run 4AM–2:30PM with 4x10s; weekends required. Pay ranges from $20–$22 per hour plus $4–$9 incentive, with additional pay range noted as $16.97–$28.65.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions in English and use voice‑directed picking systems.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Flexible schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack ride‑along equipment to pick, build, and transport customer orders.
• Perform required pre‑use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Use headset‑based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code.
• Build safe, stable pallets, often over 5 feet tall, following safety guidelines.
• Shrink‑wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport.
• Label and mark materials with identifying information.
• Stage and deliver completed orders to shipping or staging areas.
• Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor.
• Operate other warehouse machinery as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

As an Order Selector, you’ll operate an electric pallet jack and voice‑directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment — while following all company and regulatory safety standards.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack ride‑along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders
• Perform required pre‑use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Use headset‑based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code
• Build safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelines
• Manually shrink‑wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport
• Label and mark materials with identifying information
• Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas
• Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven warehouse environment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice‑directed picking systems)
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage while wearing company‑provided PPE and freezer gear
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kgs (weight may vary by facility)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times

Pay Range: $16.97 - $28.65
