Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Oklahoma City seeks an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure beverages are available and attractively displayed on local routes. You will build displays, manage shelf levels, and handle stock on a daily basis.

This role runs Monday–Friday with 7:00 AM start times. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and dependable vehicle use; starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers and shoppers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
