Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Lawton, OK is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to support a route covering Lawton and surrounding areas. Shifts run Saturday through Wednesday starting early in the morning, with compensation starting at $17.70 to $21.01 per hour based on experience and performance-based incentives.

You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure proper shelf allocation while coordinating with customers and shop staff to maintain product levels and rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
