Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic brands are available on store shelves across Haslet, Saginaw, North Fort Worth and Alliance areas.

Roles involve setting up displays, placing POS materials, managing shelf levels, and coordinating orders on routes. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; experience in merchandising is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
