Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Commerce, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build displays, manage shelf levels, and ensure product availability on our routes. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job Location: Route covers Commerce and surrounding area
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Sunday - Thursday / 5:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
