Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Commerce, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for the Commerce area. You will build and maintain product displays, manage shelf allocation, and ensure our brands are consistently available to customers across routes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability coverage, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Sunday - Thursday / 5:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
