Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Antlers, OK, and surrounding areas. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until routes are completed, with starting pay between $17.82 and $22.07 per hour depending on experience, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
