Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are available at store shelves across Antlers, OK and the surrounding area. This role features starting pay from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience, with potential performance-based incentives and bonuses.

You will build displays, manage shelf levels, coordinate stock, and communicate with store personnel daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
