Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to restock and display beverages along assigned call routes in Midland, TX. You’ll build product displays, manage shelf space, and ensure stock levels meet customer needs.

Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, with additional incentives including quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to drive a personal vehicle during business hours are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with vehicle liability insurance.
• Able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Capacity to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Position Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, stock levels and rotation.
• Manage inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and shoppers daily.

Work days/Shift Hours: 10:00pm - until completion / 40+ hr work week / Off days Sunday and Monday / Large Store format - Swing route.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
