Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are available to customers along the Texas route. You will set up displays, manage shelf stock, and coordinate with store personnel to keep products in stock and rotated correctly.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Job Location: Call route covers all listed locations; Wylie, Rockwall, Sasche, Murphy, Allen, Dallas, Garland, Plano and Richardson, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: Start time varies from 12:00am - 3:00am - until completion / 40+hr work week / Off days TBD on a rotating schedule {every 3 months} schedule changes must ve flexible.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
