Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in McCamey, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to keep our popular brands on shelves and in displays. You will build displays, manage shelf space, and coordinate stock across routes that include nearby towns.

A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. You will use your own vehicle during business hours and benefit from incentives and comprehensive benefits as part of a 40+ hour work week with weekends off Tuesday and

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Job Location: Call route locations are as follows: McCamey, Crane, Odessa, Iraan, Big Lake.
Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / 40+ hr work week / Off days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
